Morality cultivation & devotion
Morality cultivation and qualification improvement are problems confronted by each staff member of Sinofastener. Devotion is a kind of working attitude and spirit as well as embodiment of quality of an individual. Those devoted to their work should be respected whatever post they might hold. We should treat success and honor of the enterprise as that our ourselves. Being responsible and loyal, we should not care for any gain and loss of ourselves.
Teamwork
Affairs should be treated from the height of macro-interest of the whole company, which should not be restricted within a department or among individuals. Everything should be oriented by marco-interest of the company. Each of us should take the company as home and our colleagues as brothers and sisters. Obedience is the No.1 principle. But the subordinates should be sincerely convinced. The previous flow should take the next flow as clients, for whom they should be fully responsible.
Respecting others
We should listen attentively while others are talking. No interruption at random is permitted. We should put ourselves in other’s shoes, accepting suggestions and advice with favorable attitude. We should sing high praise for accomplishments of other people generously and remind others with the most euphemistic attitude when mistakes are made. |
